How It Works
Becoming a partner is simple and fully trackable from start to finish.
Register
Submit your information through our partner intake form so we can activate your referral profile.
Submit a Referral
Send us the HOA or management contact you’re referring. Every referral is logged, time-stamped, and linked to your account.
Receive Payment
Once the HOA enrolls in our pilot and we complete verification, your $3,500 referral payment is processed. A W-9 is required prior to payment.
Program Terms
The referral reward applies only to qualified introductions that result in a confirmed pilot enrollment. Eligibility and validation are determined by DocuScrit to maintain fairness and accuracy. Payments are issued after verification and submission of a valid W-9. Full program terms are available for partners upon registration.
