To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuScrit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
